De Devore Fidelity 3XL is onder andere bijzonder omdat de behuizing hoofdzakelijk is ontworpen met en gebouwd van bamboo. Hoewel dit ruim 10x duurder is dan MDF, biedt het belangrijke voordelen: het ziet er prachtig uit, er is geen fineer nodig en... het klinkt stukken beter.

Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van de mooie silk-dome tweeter uit de Silverback Reference speakers, gecombineerd met een nieuwe custom-made 5.5" papieren woofer. Het filter is hard-wired.

De Devore Fidelity 3XL kan worden geleverd zonder stands maar dit raden we sterk af: de 3XL speakers zijn geheel ontworpen op de bijpassende bamboo stands, zowel klankmatig als visueel.
